Sealoflex is a fully flexible and very durable rubber roof membrane. It provides an elastomeric surface which if fully water repellent and damp repellent.
The unique 6 coat system provides the customer with a 10 year manufacturers warranty with the option of 10 year top ups. This will be the last flat roofing system ever installed given its high durability and extendable life span.
The process is as follows:

- Fitment of new 18mm marine polished ply boards giving the Sealoflex a good smooth surface in which to bond to.
- Apply first coat of liquid rubber membrane (Pink)
- Apply fibre woven sheeting to whole area including any drips and flashings.
- Apply second coat of liquid rubber membrane (Pink)
- Wait for curing process to bond layers together creating a fully waterproof membrane.
- Apply top membrane, available in different colours, this layer creates a fully solar repellent finish which prevents heat absorption.
